How to be a Competitive Buyer in a Seller’s Market
If you're on the hunt for a new home, news flash: the current housing market is super tight!
There simply aren't enough homes for all the buyers out there.
So here’s some tips for you to win that house.
First of all, get a pre-approval from your lender.
Before you start looking for homes, the lender will help you get your financing in order and know your budget.
Then, make sure your offer is as strong as possible.
That means offering a competitive price or having attractive terms like a flexible closing date or waiving contingencies.
You’re gonna need a strong real estate agent who can pull this off for you.
Next, send a snapshot of your bank account balance and your credit score.
If a seller knows you have funds ready to rock and roll and your credit is perfect, that could be enough of a reason to bump your offer to the top of the list!

Negotiating Home Repairs with Buyers
If you’re selling your home, here’s what you need to do to negotiate with a buyer after your home inspection… so YOU don’t end up fronting ALL repair costs
Remember, this is a negotiation, and negotiations are a two-way street.
If you have the financial resources, you can take care of the critical requests and negotiate the others.
Now if you don’t have the means, you can offer a credit.
This option allows the buyer to handle the repairs themselves after closing, and can be more affordable for you in the short term.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all. Have a wonderful week!
